Pricing
- Investment of Rs.3/-to Rs.5/-Lacs in Inventory/Stock.
- All purchases to be made by 100%advance payment by RTGS/NEFT/Bank Transfers.
- One Time Franchisee Fee of Rs.50000/- to be paid by Franchisee.
- Product will be supplied at… Mark down 30% for Readymade Blouses Mark down 15%for Other products like Undergarments, Night suits / Gowns.

SHOP LAYOUT
- Area of the shop should be 150 to 200 Sq.ft.carpet with Frontage of 10 Feet minimum.
- Shop should be preferably on Ground Floor having clear visibility.
- Shop should be located in prime Location/Market place having good Footfall.
- Main Board, Company Logo & in Store Branding will be provided by company.
All right for LOGO remains with the company.
Location Of Next Franchisee
- Franchisor will not open other S.A. Inamdar Shop in radius of 5 Kms. From existing Shop in Cities.
- In Taluka place & Small Towns Franchiser will not open any other shop.
Others
- Franchisor will provide one week / 40 hours training to Franchisee owner and one staff member
- Franchisor will provide 100 Carry Bags free initially & afterwards at actual cost.
- Uniform is Compulsory to staff at Showroom.
- Air Conditioner, Trial Room & sewing machine are compulsory at Showrooms.
- This is exclusive Franchisee of S A Inamdar Products.No other Brand/Labels to be sold from these outlets.
If found doing so,Company shall terminate Franchisee Agreement with immediate effect and shall claim royalty taking strict
& severe action.
