Refund and Returns Policy

Exchange policy and NO refund policy

Exchange Policy:

All online purchases are eligible for exchange only and cannot be refunded.
Products purchased online can only be exchanged through the online platform, while products purchased in-store can only be exchanged in-store.
To qualify for an exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with the original label intact.
Size exchanges are allowed, but if there is a price difference between sizes, the customer is responsible for covering the additional cost.
Customers are responsible for bearing the courier charges for both sending the product back and receiving the exchanged item.

In case the desired size is unavailable due to a production issue, a credit note will be issued.
The credit note is valid for three months from the date of the exchange.

NO Refund Policy:

Please note that we do not offer refunds for any purchases made, whether online or in-store.
